Organisational and Professional Development
The Organisational and Professional Development (OPD) service provides programs and opportunities for the development of skills and competencies for all staff within the University. The OPD service undertakes research on topics addressing the organisational and staff development needs of the University and disseminates the findings in reports, publications, resources and other forums.
The Organisational and Professional Development service works in collaboration with University Faculties and Divisions to provide support in identifying organisational and staff development requirements, opportunities and solutions.
The Organisational and Professional Development service aims to ensure that all programs offered are compatible with the University's equal opportunity and affirmative action policies.
