University study can be exhilarating, engaging and rewarding. Going to uni is also a challenge. Studying at university is different from the way we learn at school or in the rest of our lives. We have a course to help you make a successful transition. Guided by an expert in one area (Anthropology, Asian Studies, Gender Work and Social Inquiry, Geography, History, and Media Studies), learn how you can meet the challenge of starting university, develop effective study skills and gain the confidence you need to succeed.

International Studies: Be Internationally Known

Each day the news raises questions: Why did Britain support - and France and Germany oppose - the war in Iraq? Why does religion play such a strong role in United States politics and Iran?
