The Masters of Sustainability (Advanced) program is a 2 year (full time) degree that provides access to courses on offer across the five Faculties spanning governance, technology and innovation, social responsibility, economics and science and the environment.
The program addresses the complex challenges of the future such as sustainability, climate change and sustainable resource management. In addition it explores topics including the science of climate change, policy and legislative frameworks for global change, sustainable energy technologies, integrating sustainability and community engagement. These programs are relevant to graduates wanting to develop their knowledge and skills in an area with wide application and immediate relevance.
The program is coordinated by staff in the Research Institute for Climate Change and Sustainability. The Research Institute conducts multidisciplinary research and integrates economic, social and environmental considerations in research and decision-making.
