Facilities Bookings manages bookings for:
- Halls (Bonython Hall, Elder Hall, Scott Theatre, Union Hall)
- Grounds for special events, e.g. displays, barbecues, concerts, conferences, photo opportunities, films and weddings.
- Building exteriors and fences to display banners
- Venues for major events, e.g. Open Day, O-Week, Festival of Ideas.
To hire any North Terrace Campus facility (building or external space) please direct your request to the Facilities Bookings office via email or by phone on 830 35151.
Facilities Bookings will obtain the appropriate University approvals, however all external approvals such as liquor licences will be the responsibility of the event organiser.
The central booking service for all common teaching spaces and audio visual equipment is also provided for staff through Facilities Bookings.
